Björn Norrbom
Björn Norrbom has a long track record in the
management and development of IT and
telecom companies. He has held senior
management positions at IBM, DEC and Cap
Gemini and also headed Telia MegaCom,
Telia’s subsidiary handling multinational
clients. Today Norrbom is working as a
consultant and board member of several
high-tech and IT companies.
Richard Montgomery
Richard Montgomery has a long track record
in investment banking, asset management
and venture capital. He is a partner of
Richard Montgomery & Co (RMC, a
consultancy business specializing in M&A
activities and advisory services for financial
and strategic issues primarily for family
owned and mid sized companies. During the
last year he has focused on an extensive
M&A assignment for a large listed company
in Sweden.
Olov Schagerlund
Olov Schagerlund is Chairman of Optiarc
Systems, Inc. and Yanzi Networks. He was
president and CEO at Dynarc AB between
1998 and 2002. He was also formerly a
research assistant at the Royal Institute of
Technology (KTH) in Stockholm and at
Stanford University in Palo Alto. He was a
strategic and business planning specialist at
Ericsson in 1994-95.
Helge Tianen
A business and technology expert in the ICT field with involvements in more
than 60 ICT companies during the past 10 years covering financing, business
development, organization development and turn-around management. Before that
9 years at Nokia in different senior executive positions in Consumer Electronics
covering solutions for home communications, mobile devices and displays.
