Peter Johansson founded Clavister in Örnsköldsvik, Sweden in 1997. Johansson has managed the company through its rapid growth, positioning Clavister to become a leading network security provider with a global presence. Prior to founding Clavister, Johansson worked as a consultant for Hevac for three years and worked as Project Manager at ÅF IPK for four years.

John Vestberg - Chief Technology Officer

| John Vestberg co-founded Clavister in 1997. Vestberg runs the R&D department, strategic technology partnerships and manages the development team. Before Clavister, Vestberg consulted extensively in various IT project in the public sector. Vestberg has extensive Computer Science and Engineering studies from Umeå University, Sweden. |
Maggie Warbrick - Vice President Marketing

Maggie Warbrick has extensive global experience in business leadership and consulting in the Telecom industry, working in markets as varied as New Zealand, Singapore, the USA and Europe. Warbrick's past roles include; CEO of Phoenix PR Ltd, New Zealand; CEO APAC for Edelman Public Relations based in Singapore; CEO of PR3 Ltd, London; CEO Manuka AB, Sweden; as well as CEO of a VoIP (Voice over IP) start-up. Warbrick holds a B.Com ACA from Victoria University, Wellington, New Zealand.

Andreas Åsander – CEO APAC

Andreas Åsander joined Clavister in 1997 as one of its founding members supporting key Clavister customers such as FMV, Bofors and SAF. Over many years Åsander held the position of Vice President Product Management for Clavister based in the Head Office. He now resides in Beijing and is CEO APAC.

James Byström has more than 15 years of international experience in the Telecom and Datacom industry. Byström's past roles includes leading positions in sales and business management with organizations such as Ericsson, Teleca and Dimension.

Hans Tjernström - Vice President Channel Sales World Wide

Hans Tjernström has 20 years of experience from the telecom, internet and cable-tv/broadband industry working for different operators and vendors in various markets. For the last 15 years Tjernström has been developing and managing sales and marketing organizations in various leadership positions.

Johan Edlund - Vice President Product Management

Johan Edlund has more than 15 years experience in international leading positions within the telecom and IT industry. Edlund's past roles include supply chain management and extensive product management within the Hutchison group ("3") in Sweden, Denmark and Ireland. Prior to that, Edlund held positions such as Head of Information Management at Acando, and has also been founder of two successful consultant agencies. At Clavister Edlund will be heading Product Management including product marketing and Supply Chain Management.
