For our customers with physical Clavister Security Gateway products, we offer you not only our Standard Hardware Warranty Service but also the Clavister Hardware Replacement Service.
Clavister Standard Hardware Warranty Service
All our physical Clavister Security Gateway products feature a standard two (2) year return-and-repair return material authorization (RMA) warranty service. The Clavister Standard Hardware Warranty asserts that the hardware components will be free from defects in material and workmanship when used in accordance with the applicable user documentation. The warranty period is specific to the earliest date of either the date when the product was registered or ninety (90) days after shipment from Clavister.

Return Material Authorization
To obtain warranty service for your Clavister hardware you must first obtain a valid Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Request an RMA number by completing the New RMA Ticket form. Follow the instruction that you receive with your RMA number on how to return your product.
Clavister Hardware Replacement Service
Clavister Hardware Replacement Service is for customers who need to have the fastest and most reliable delivery of replacement hardware or spare parts. Once a hardware problems have been confirmed by Clavister, an equivalent product or spare part is shipped to you premises within the next business day.
