Service Bundles

We have packaged our support services in a set of Service Bundles to make it easy for you to choose the level of service that matches your need and budget. Each Service Bundle comes with Software Maintenance Service and Technical Support Service. If you have a physical Clavister Security Gateway, you have the option to choose the Standard Service Bundle which includes the Hardware Replacement Service. This service is also available with the Premium Service Bundle.

Standard Service Bundle

The Standard Service Bundle is only available for Clavister Security Gateway hardware appliances products.

Premium Service Bundle

The Premium Service Bundle is available for all Clavister Security Gateway products, except for Hardware Replacement Service which is only available for Clavister Security Gateway hardware appliances products.

All Service Bundles are available in either 12 month or 36 month subscriptions.
