I started at Clavister in September 2006 as a First Line Support Technician.
I am in charge of the technical aspects for enterprise and telecom projects at strategic sales. My role includes finding the most suitable solution and adaptations based on customer requirements. I have the technical responsibility for the solutions in this sector. My role also includes promoting Clavister at new markets together with colleagues.
What I like about this role is that it allows me to work with almost all aspects of a solution from start to end which includes everything from promoting a solution to senior managers, discuss details with technical engineers, coordinating installation and verification at customer premises.

Masters degree in Computer Science at Mid-Sweden university.
My education gave me very good network knowledge which is a great advantage in this job. At university we worked in different projects and resolved problems as a team, just like we do now. Coding is the part of my education that I do not use to its fullest extent. It is still good to have as a skill because it gives me an idea of what happens on a code level when I analyze product behavior. I have always been very interested in computing and networking and I always strive to increase my knowledge about different network equipment. I like to set up complex networking environments to reproduce specific behaviors that our customers report.
