Leading security provider wins Technology Vendor of the Year award at the Terminsstart Telekom gala 2014
Clavister, a leading provider of high-performance, high-availability network security solutions for the Telecom, Cloud and Enterprise sector, has won the Technology Vendor of the Year award at this year’s Terminsstart Telekom gala.
Clavister had strong competition from companies including Ericsson, Sony, Huawei and Hexatronic, but won the award because of its strong research and development of solutions for the telecommunications industry.
A spokesperson for the event said: “Without subcontractors, Swedish operators would not be as successful. This award has been presented to a technology vendor that is involved in building the telecom community. Clavister has shown great dedication to the continued development of products that are needed in order to build telecommunications infrastructure. Although the company is recognised for its achievements during 2013, Clavister has a very exciting future.
At a time when security threats are growing exponentially across telecom networks, it is essential to have high performance security solutions.”
The independent industry newsletter Telecom News, published by Precise Media AB, presented the award. The winner was chosen by a panel of distinguished representatives from the telecommunications industry.
Clavister is a leading security provider for fixed, mobile and virtual network environments. Its award-winning solutions give enterprises, cloud service providers and telecoms operators the highest levels of protection against current and new threats, and unmatched reliability.
