New Clavister InControl 1.81.00 release offers more connectivity and better performance


Clavister, a leader in high-performance network security solutions,  has released the latest version of Clavister’s InControl software, one that offers a number of key advancements to help users derive the full feature functionality of their Clavister NGFW appliances.

In this release, critical improvements include more oversight into device uptime, CPU usage and other information. Additionally, more intelligence into local changes that effect configuration deployments are introduced and allow these changes to be detected within seconds.


A brief highlight of features is as follows:


·        Device Overview – Device uptime, CPU usage and license expiration dates are now displayed in the firewall overview

·         Connectivity

·        More accurate and reliable in determining whether a device is reachable or not, if there has been local changes, whether the configuration needs to be deployed etc.

·        Better performance—will now detect local changes within seconds, and will, for short outages, reconnect within seconds
