New management team gears up to take Clavister to the next level

With new Vice Presidents for Sales, Marketing and Communications, Operations and new Directors of Product Management and People and Culture, the company gears up for a more proactive and effective management.

 

Clavister’s (Nasdaq: CLAV) President and CEO John Vestberg announced a series of key appointments to the management team of Clavister, a move that will create a more agile and responsive group to instill operational excellence, growth ambitions and a more customer-centric business.

 On top of the recent news of Andreas Åsander as the new Vice President of Enterprise Sales and Erik Engström as Vice President of Global Service Provider Sales, new positions stated today include Håkan Wallberg who assumes the role of Vice President of Operations, leveraging his knowledge of deep customer understanding from his time as a director at global consulting firm CGI.

 Sam Coleman becomes the new Vice President of Marketing and Corporate Communications with a strong emphasis on revenue and lead generation derived from marketing actions. His experience includes working in the executive MARCOMM team at Heineken International in Amsterdam as well as for Hearst International in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur.

 Mikael Nilsson—formerly in charge of customer program management—becomes the new Director of Product Management.

 Mikael Olsson, who was instrumental in writing the original code of Clavister´s core software product and has been heading the Clavister Security Team since 2016, becomes the new CTO, a role that will help create future innovations as well as current rigor in the product offerings.

 Finally, Henrik Olsén, a key driver in Clavister’s operations, is the new Director of People and Culture, a role that will accentuate the company’s belief that people are not a human resource but human capital and talent.
