| Description | TeamViewer is a freely available remote administration application for Windows and Mac OS X platforms. The application allows remote control of computing resources across networks including those behind firewalls due to its use of central servers. Use of this service may be in violation of your organization's acceptable use policies. This signature detects HTTP traffic that indicates a TeamViewer client is attempting to establish a session. TeamViewer uses HTTP as a secondary method of establishing sessions when TCP traffic on port 5938 is blocked. |
