Important change on how PhenixID customers
contact our Support
As part of Clavister and PhenixID uniting under the brand Clavister, we are pleased to introduce a new support portal, MyClavister, for our PhenixID customers!
Through MyClavister, you as a customer will be able to securely and easily submit support cases, track their status and access important knowledge guides, articles and documentation. License management will also be handled through MyClavister. MyClavister will provide you with the following benefits:

The portal allow you to easily view your support cases, their status, and history. All communication is gathered in one place, increasing transparency and enabling faster issue resolution.

Case Handling
Through MyClavister, cases can be easily categorised, prioritised, and automatically directed to the appropriate specialist based on your specific issue. This leads to faster responses with higher quality.
Access to self-service and
knowledge sharing
MyClavister provides access to important guides, articles, and documentation that describe common issues and scenarios, and how to best to resolve them. This increases product knowledge while enabling efficient self-service.
What do you need to
do as a customer right now?
As a customer, you need to have an account in MyClavister in order to use the support portal. You can do this by following the step-by-step guide attached as PDF file.
Important! If you previously had an account in our former support system, you do not need to create a new one, since we have migrated accounts from the previous PhenixID Support portal. To access the migrated account simply follow the attached instructions 1-4. If you did not have access to the previous PhenixID Support portal or are a new customer, follow the attached instructions 5-10.
