Clavister to Secure Swedish Region with Network Security Protection

6 May 2021 – Örnsköldsvik, Sweden – Clavister, a leader in high-performance cybersecurity solutions, today announces that a Swedish Region has selected Clavister to supply solutions to improve their network security perimeter. The order is worth around 1 MSEK to Clavister initially.

The public sector is a primary target for many threat actors. Reasons being the vast amount of sensitive information being managed by public administration bodies as well as their role in critical infrastructure.

In a recent report on cybersecurity, jointly produced by the Swedish Security Police, the Swedish Armed Forces, the Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency and other agencies, it is well established that cyber threats have not diminished during the Covid-19 pandemic. Rather, there is an increase of cyber-related crime in Europe.
