Clavister: New CSP Order to Americas based Mobile Operator
Örnsköldsvik, Sweden, February 5, 2020. Clavister, a leader in high-performance cybersecurity solutions, has received an initial order worth approximately 3 MSEK for security products to an Americas based mobile operator. The order was secured through one of the world’s largest mobile infrastructure providers, meaning that Clavister now has go-to-market ability for its telecom cybersecurity solutions through two of the three incumbent providers.
The mobile operator has selected Clavister for a three-phased deployment. This initial order refers to a datacenter installation of Clavister NetWall next-generation firewalls, scheduled for the first quarter of 2020. In the second and third phases, the customer plans to deploy Clavister’s virtualized firewall software, which provides for high-performing and scalable cybersecurity for the mobile core network. The full deployment is a multi-year project with opportunities for upgrades, additional use-cases and other services to be introduced.
